Sunwarm Tile - uses your roof as a solar collector
|

|
The sun warms the tiles/slates, which in turn creates a warm “boundary layer” (1) and heats the area between top of felt and underside of tiles/slates (2). The Sunwarm Tile unit draws air from this area via a plenum (a sealed chamber) fitted to the underside of the rafters and a system of ductwork. The air is then replaced with external air via the tiles/slates.
