In addition, David Cook, our managing director, is the only professional in Hull to be qualified as a Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing: official recognition of his capability.

We specialise in upgrading existing cellars and basements and have many years’ experience in this field as well as many happy customers, who have maximised the potential of their living space.

Lift Pits

 We have also dealt effectively with many waterproofing problems, including leaking and flooding lift pits.  Leaking lift pits whether existing or new construction are our speciality. We can even deal with leaking swimming pools!

Architects, designers and building contractors, regularly utilize our specialist experience to assist in new-build projects. A building may have a basement due to the added space it brings, or maybe it is being built into a hillside or soil excavation has proven to be too expensive.
