Failed Lintel Repair or Retro Fit Lintels

Pairs of Heli-force bars are inserted within the horizontal mortar bed using Thor WHO60 non shrink grout, between 1 and 5 masonry courses apart to create a lintel capable of carrying the brickwork over the opening, without the need for the costly installation of a traditional lintol and the associated unsightly rebuilding work.

We use this extensively where structural window frames have been replaced by U.P.V.C. windows. This is the most common form of Thor Helical repair we carry out.
